About the Founder

Dr. Tendai P. Pfidze is a Business Systems Architect and founder of Pfitztronic Pvt Ltd, with a multidisciplinary background spanning healthcare, software engineering, industrial IoT, electronics, and digital transformation.

His career has been shaped by a consistent interest in understanding complex systems and finding practical ways to make them work better. From clinical healthcare environments to cloud-native software platforms, industrial technology, and business architecture, he has worked across disciplines that demand both systems thinking and reliable execution.

His technology experience includes designing and deploying cloud-native software platforms, distributed systems, automated CI/CD pipelines, payment integrations, WhatsApp-based business solutions, and industrial IoT systems. He has also worked in electronics design and manufacturing, taking products from concept and prototyping through to documented production processes.

More recently, his work has focused on enterprise and business architecture. As a Certified Business Architect (CBA®), he applies capability-based and enterprise-wide thinking to help organisations understand how strategy, processes, information, people, and technology fit together.

He founded Pfitztronic around a simple principle: businesses should be able to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability without being burdened by unnecessary complexity.

Through Pfitztronic, he helps organisations absorb and manage business complexity through deliberate enterprise architecture. Creating clearer operating models, better-aligned technology investments, and practical pathways for transformation.

His approach combines architectural thinking with hands-on implementation experience, allowing him to move comfortably between strategic questions and the realities of building, deploying, and improving working systems.
